What's the difference between every 4 weeks and monthly?
Every 4 weeks is 13 visits a year and drifts through the month. Monthly is the same date each calendar month — 12 visits a year.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior cleans, as long as we can safely reach the windows. Let us know about gates, pets and parking.
What if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn't affect results. In unsafe weather we move your clean and tell you the new date.
How do I pay?
After the clean, by secure card link, bank transfer or cash. We never store card details.
Can I change or cancel?
