How it works

1. Check your postcode and pick a time

Times shown are genuinely free in the diary. Your chosen time is held for a few minutes while you enter details.

2. We confirm

Window cleans with a set price are reserved straight away. Until we confirm, your booking shows as provisional. Services that need a look first become a quote request — not a confirmed booking.

3. The clean

We arrive within your time window. If weather or access stops us, we'll tell you the new date. We never charge for work we couldn't do unless we've agreed a call-out fee with you beforehand.

4. Payment

You pay after the clean. You'll get an invoice with a secure link to pay by card or bank transfer, or you can pay cash on the day. Your card details are never stored by us.
