Bookings

A booking is provisional until we confirm it. Quote requests are not bookings.

Prices

The price shown on your confirmation applies. Regular prices may change with notice before your next visit; we'll never change an agreed price silently.

Access and weather

If we can't safely access your property or the weather is unsafe, we'll reschedule. No-access charges only apply if agreed in advance.

Payment

Payment is due after each clean unless agreed otherwise. [Owner to confirm payment terms in days.]

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back to put it right where reasonable.
